Bespoke Lighting for Projects

Bespoke Lighting for Architectural, Hospitality, and Residential Projects

ZAVADSKI is a family-run lighting atelier with the main office in Vienna, producing bespoke chandeliers, mouth-blown glass, and hand-finished brass lighting since 1990. We partner with architects and designers to bring distinctive lighting concepts to life, from sculptural chandeliers to site-specific installations, uniting European craft tradition with contemporary design.

Our work is placed in five-star hotels, landmark restaurants, private residences, and flagship retail interiors across Europe, the UK, and Scandinavia, often in collaboration with leading international design studios.

Client confidentiality is standard practice at this level of hospitality and residential work, and we're glad to share detailed project references privately, on request.

Custom Lighting Fixtures to Your Specifications

Every project demands individuality. We design and manufacture bespoke lighting pieces tailored to architectural, hospitality, and residential spaces, from modern sculptural forms to faithful classical restorations, executed with uncompromising attention to detail. Our range spans well over a hundred chandelier models across more than a dozen collections, alongside fully custom commissions built to a designer's own drawing, sketch, or brief.

Materials We Work With

Our strength lies in versatility. Each material is worked by experienced artisans using both traditional technique and advanced machinery, allowing us to match any project vision, timelessly elegant or boldly experimental.

ZAVADSKI

Engineering & Craftsmanship

Behind every design stands precision. Our in-house capabilities include CNC spinning, hand shaping with custom-built tools, silver soldering, electric welding for steel-reinforced frames, polishing, brushing, electroplating, oxidation, and finishing across a wide spectrum of textures and patinas, from mirror-polished brass to aged bronze. Our founder holds patents for rotational spinning technique on CNC machinery, allowing complex custom shapes to be produced with precision and without extraordinary cost or lead time.

Complex forms with intricate arrays of holes or fine ornamental patterns are marked and cut with CNC milling for a clean, exact result, while curved and sculptural elements are shaped by hand using tools adjusted to the millimetre. Every finished piece passes through hand assembly, drilling, riveting, and electrical fitting, before quality control testing.

Certified Quality

All lighting fixtures are built to meet global safety standards. Components and assemblies conform with CE regulations (EN 60598), and UL-compliant models are available for North American projects. Every piece is tested for performance and delivered with installation and maintenance instructions.
